Garden Girl?! Is it real?!

Hello everybody! Happy 2o13!!! What a great day, isn’t it?! Remember when I said there’s going to be many exciting news here? Well, here goes!

I’ve been wanting to share this news with you guys, but of course, I have to wait for today’s announcement! I am one of the Garden Girls on Two Peas in a Bucket design team!!! Oh, 2013 is going to be an extraordinary year for all of us and for me! Check  out who’s on the team this year!

I cannot tell you how honored, humbled, and crazy excited I am. Two Peas in a Bucket is such an awesome community, yay! Today is our first official day and all of us prepared a special layout. The January theme was: Everyday/365

I create a layout without a photo. When I get the theme I decided to make something universal – so you will agree with me – that any photo won’t be versatile enough for it. I focused on the title. I placed the ‚365’ part at the top of my page, and I find some special phrase which suit perfect to this challenge… When you think about all of these 365 days in the year it seems to be impossible to close all those memories on the scrapbook pages! However it always works 🙂 I don’t know how, but during last years most of my memories and favourite photos are on my pages and in the albums. But the first impression is always like this: ‚impossible to make’.

I used a lot of products here, most of them are coming from ‚5th & Frolic‚ line designed by Dear Lizzy for Amercian Crafts. All of the patterned papers are from latest Lily Bee collections. You can also find here some Studio Calico products and Freckled Fawn wood veneers – I love them so much! I also used w few vellum speech bubbles – which I adore.

As always on my pages you can find here some mediums. On this page I used two different colours of mists, one of them is Mister Huey’s from Studio Calico and the second is made by October Afternoon – I love them most because they have a lot of great, chalk colours.

In the end of my work I used a little bit of gold glitter, and made some pencil doodlings here and there. If you would like to know about all the products I used here – just look at my 2Peas gallery – HERE.
