Christmas mood in ‚Cuppa’ kits!

This is my favourite part of November’s ‚Cuppa’ gallery – projects created with ‚Gingerbread’ and ‚Peppermint’ add-ons! Remember that you can also enrich your christmassy supplies with ‚Cinnamon’ card add-on which has amazing stamps and other goodies! OK – let’s start. Oh, and don;t forget about ‚Holiday PL Cards’ – they are also fantastic.

Do you believe in Grinch? Well – I have one at home 🙂 I used these amazing Kal Barteski stamps from the ‚Peppermint’ add-on and a LOT of gold glitter 🙂 I love everything about this project, hopr you feel inspired.

The second project in christmassy mood. A little bit of Project Life inspirations, some vintage elements (becasue of the base paper). Not very typical palette but I think everything works great here 🙂  This time I add some silver glitter accents here and there.

It’s time to finish the November gallery – this is something totally crazy in composition and in colour. This layout was inspired by this amazing digonal paper from the Main ‚Cuppa’ Scrapbook kit! All the colours are coming from this funny photo of my brilliant son who made a silly ‚paper boy’ from the cardboard box 🙂 Hope you enjoy – specially the watercolour part of this project.

Let me introduce you to the November Studio Calico ‚Cuppa’ gallery! We will start with some autumn layouts.

The first one ‚Hello Handsome’ is made only with the ‚Cuppa’ Scrapbook Main kit. I think it was the easiest [MKO] project ever since these eleven months. The colours match together perfectly in an autumn mood, this month’s printables are just stunning (thank you girls!!!) and I had a remarkable picture full of fall which was the best for this project. I combined a simple, popular composition but there are some special embellishments: printable deer and self-stitched ‚+’ marks. I hope you enjoy the November palette.

‚Home is where you are…’ – this is all about the colours – green of grass, gray-blue coming from sky… I hope you will like it.

Autumn mood is everywhere here! so yellow… beautiful paper! lovely Helllo Forever stickers, other embellishments. I can’t add nothing more.

Now some projects which are full of amazing memories from Madrid!!! I met there a lot of fantastic, good people with beautiful hearts and minds full of lovely thoughts!

A star among the constellation…

This is my second Studio Calico page inspired by mixing letterpress and watercolour techniques – I love that! It can’t be nothing more interesting than explore new possibilities in mix and match – techniques and colours! Any questions? I don’t think so… it’s a pure joy to work with such amazingly beautiful designs from Studio Calico…

So sorry for the photo, but my camera is broken and I used my friend’s Canon which is totally different than mine I will replace this picture when I will buy the new one. Let’s back to the point – Letterpress – once again. My main inspiration in this project was a costellation design: first one on the ‚Atlantic’ pattern paper and the second – on the letterpress plate. I mixed some pink, blue and navy letterpress inks, created this constellation pattern and next I added some watercolours.

All these colours are coming from the picture. The thickers are also from Studio Calico – That-A-Way and Printshop lines.

Is it Friday yet?

No? Well… maybe tomorrow we will be able to start the weekend 🙂 Now I would like to show you my latest project made with Studio Calico lines and my favourite Letterpress elements. This time I took one of my best friend’s photo. This is my sweet little ‚brother’ Damian. I was inspired by his great personality and lovely green shade of his jacket.

Start from the Letterpress. What you will need to create such effect on your project: die cutting machine like Big Shot or Cuttlebug, Letterpress Bundle: (Letterpress platform, Ink base, Ink Guide Strips, Cleaning Cloths, 3” Brayer, Printing Plate Adhesive, Paper Placement Guides). Letterpress Plate ‚Triangles‚,  set of letterpress plates ‚Magic‚, you can cut the ‚YES’ shape using scissors or you can buy these amazing ‚Hello’ craft-die. To create this effect about I used three different colours of letterpress inks: Dark Green, Teal Blue and Yellow.

The supplies I used are coming from the LATEST Studio Calico LINES. You can noticed that I also used some samples from amazing ‚Printshop‚ collection – I have some good news for you which I shared on my Facebook page two days ago, that ‚Prinshop‚ collection is now available in Studio Calico shop!

Soon I will share my second layout with letterpress technique. I just adore this technique since my artistic studiest and I am so happy that it’s finally familiar with scrapbooking world, available for everybody. Since we are still waiting for new designs of letterpress plates, I have to present you the latest ‚Spirit’ plate design by one of my favourite designers – Kal Barteski. You have to order it as soon as possible! I can’t wait till my will arrive.

December Daily classes in Budapest!

Hi! Did I mentioned here that I am going to teach December Daily classes in Budapest?! Now?! So now it’s the official time to inform you that registration for these November classes in open!!!

The event will take place at November the 16th (Saturday) in Rayher Kreativ Centrum in the center of the city of Budapest! There will be two 3,5h classes; the first is from 10:30 to 14:00 and the second one will start at 15:00 to 18:30.

I will be teaching how to create an album base for the whole December month! We wil l be working with some media like gesso, watercolour woodless crayons, October Afternoon ‚Sprinklers’ and the most important – ‚Letterpress’ inks and plates!!!

I will show you how to work with letterpress goodies, how to use these special oily inks, how to placed amazingly beautiful christmassy letterpress plates design by Kal Barteski prepared by Studio Calico! All the papers, alphabets, labels and embellishments will be sponsored by October Afternoon!!! You will find some Rayher supplies as well in your kits. Don’t forget that we will be using also some special Die Cuts from different companies, and Big Shot.

Antiquary :: final chapter

This is my last Antiquary blog post. I was so in love with October’s kits that I ‚killed’ them. I used every little piece of these beauties!!! These are my last two layouts created in feminine, pink/gray palette.

Pure sweetness! I think about this photo and palette… these tiny adorable flowers from the Main SCrapbook Kit patterned paper and lovely ‚LOVELY’ stamps by Lindsey… what can I add to this? I think nothing… enjoy :*

The first week of school was a drama for my son but also for me. He was stressed all the time and I couldn’t help him enough… all of these emotions just tired me. This page is about my loneliness in this hard situation, but not only about this… I decided to worked with circles, rays, differnet patterned papers. I am a little bit bored with this ractangles compos, I tried something different.

I’m still in Madrid. I’m sending all my heart to my lovely Spanish girls from the Bambola Casa Creativa weekend classes! You were amazing!
