Fairy Belle

I have something classic for you today. I made a layout using beautiful Prima paper from the new collection – Fairy Belle. This line releases in March.

 

I also used various types of Ranger Studio paint, black ink, and Prima chalk ink. This time I was carried away by my glamorous side and used a huge ‚Say It In Pearls’ trinket. Please, be understanding – it really wasn’t easy for me. This is a kind of a parallel world, deeply concealed within me, released while I’m working with Prima Marketing materials.

 

 

…unfortunately, it is barely visible in the photo, but the whole base glistens with gold and specks of glitter… I honestly applied multiple layers of various media – regrattably it is to be observed only at Prima’s sales stands in California (CHA) or at my home, in a couple of months 🙂

Art-Piaskownica opens its gates and invites guests: for good coffee from a hand-painted cup, for painters’ quarter over a white sheet of paper, for a chit-chat whilst sewing a decorative cushion.
In a nutshell – we’d like to choose a couple of guest designers from among you. Each month one selected designer will propose and run a challenge.
One person, one month, one challenge. 
And we’ll begin with five people. You have just a week!

Jednym słowem chciałybyśmy wybrać spośród Was kilka osób, które czasowo zagoszczą w naszej piaskownicy. Każda z wybranych raz w miesiącu, jednorazowo poprowadziłaby wybrane przez siebie wyzwanie.
Jedna osoba, jeden miesiąc, jedno wyzwanie. 
Na początku chciałybyśmy wybrać 5 osób. Macie tylko tydzień!

Color Conspiracy

I am so proud to be a part of new European design team – the French brand Color Conspiracy!!! Today I was officially introduced on CC blog.

 

For this occasion I prepared three new layouts with my new papers and goodies. yay!

Yesterday I created two twin layouts with the most recent photos of my almost-five-year-old. The same bases, similar colours, austere forms. Apparently alike though inspired by two distinct works.

Kochane ten post jest skierowany tylko i wyłącznie do moich polskich czytelniczek (i czytelników o ile takich tu zaglądają) 🙂
Wczoraj wieczorem odnalazłam jedno z najpiękniejszych wspomnień mojego dzieciństwa – słuchowisko z 1978 roku „Lato muminków„. Wspaniała obsada, cudowne piosenki… cały wieczór miałam z głowy. Wzruszona jak dawno nie i zapłakana położyłam się spać o drugiej w nocy… Okazało się że pamiętam każde słowo z piosenek, intonację głosu aktorów… w sumie czemu się dziwić – kasety z tym słuchowiskiem towarzyszyły mi przez 10 lat i prawie codziennie wieczorem zasypiałam z ‚grundigiem’ na poduszce (przyswajałam wszystko prawie podprogowo).
Polecam przesłuchanie całości (na you tube jest kolejnych dziewięć części bajki) najpierw w samotności wieczorem (bo łzy lecą!!! szczególnie podczas ‚kołysanki’ śpiewanej przez Krystynę Prońko – no kocham!!!), a potem z własnym dzieckiem – ja właśnie swoje staram się przekonać do tej formy, niestety jest oporny… to już chyba inny świat – nie ma szalejących obrazów, ani książki z rysunkami… może już jest zbyt duży żeby się do tego przyzwyczaić? Trudno będę się nadal starać i Wam życzę powodzenia.

 

 

No uwielbiam każdy fragment tego majstersztyku!!! 🙂 „teeeeeeeeeeeeatrrrrrrrrrr!!!!” posunęłam się o krok dalej i znalazłam kolejne cuda, takie jak „Pchła szachrajka” czytana przez Irenę Kwiatkowską, „Calineczkę”, „Piotrusia Pana”, „Kubusia Puchatka”… całe mnóstwo muzycznych bajek. Polecam Wam i życzę cudownych przeżyć.
